With the great number of today's population battling an overwhelming number of diseases, like Cancer, Autism, ADD/ADHD, Depression, Hypertension, Digestive Disorders, Heart Disease and Neurological Disorders, the question that we need to ask ourselves is: WHY is everyone becomming so ill? Why are so many people having allergic reactions to food? Hippocrates, 460-370 BC said 'All Diseases Begin in the Gut'. It makes sense to me now. A healthy gut means you feed yourself with food as your pro-biotics.
